This is a cake I made for a cake contest for a friends blog. The theme was “book related” and I made a Green Eggs and Ham Cake. It’s basically the first cake decorating I’ve ever done. Check it out!
>Did you know that Caputo’s (both Salt Lake City locations) holds several different classes throughout each month on various topics? Did you know they often include ridiculous amounts of divine yumminess to indulge in during the class. Honestly, if you are like me (and let’s face it… you’re here, so you are “) then this sounds like the ultimate kind of class to attend.
There are of course chocolate classes **dreamy** but there are also classes on different cooking methods and regions, unique ingredients and of course, with a cheese cave on the premises it stands to reason that they would hold some incredible classes on different cheeses. (Yes. I said cheese cave. These people take cheese seriously “)
It just so happens that the lovely folks at Caputo’s have agreed to giveaway two seats to this coming Monday night’s focused tasting class featuring Snowy Mountain Sheep Creamery Cheese.

Two seats at the Snowy Mountain Sheep Creamery Cheese Focused Tasting Class – $50 value!
(NOTE: the optional wine tasting portion would be up to you and is not included, but wonderful I’m sure if that’s your thing)
Contest will run until Sunday, April 10th at 7:00 PM MST. A winner will be chosen using Random.org and will be contacted via email – so please make sure when you comment that I’ll be able to contact you!
Contest is open to local Utah folks who are actually able and available to attend Monday night’s class (tickets are non-transferable, so really, please only enter if you know you can attend the class).
